CASA ES

“Casa ES” è stata ideata affinché ogni ambiente avesse vista mare, nonostante il lotto in cui si sorge l’immobile è stretto e lungo, con il lato corto prospicente verso il mare. L’edificio si compone di tre livelli sfalsati tra loro, così da permettere al volume che sta più indietro di godere della vista sul mare.

Un altro aspetto progettuale è stato quello di garantire l’intimità della committenza dall’ambiente circostante; essendo l’edificio prospicente sul lungomare, posto molto frequentato durante l’estate, è stato pensato di progettare un patio centrale e uno spazio aperto all’estremità finale del lotto che permettesse alla committenza di poter stare all’aperto anche in spazi più riservati.

Il corpo di fabbrica si sviluppa su tre livelli; il piano terra è occupato dal garage per metà estensione e per l’altra da un terrapieno. Al primo piano si può arrivare tramite rampa esterna direttamente nella zona giorno oppure dal garage con una scala che porta al patio centrale. In corrispondenza del garage, vi è la zona giorno con doppio affaccio sia verso il lungomare che verso il patio; quest’ultimo è stato pensato con una vasca d’acqua che può essere utilizzata anche come piscina con doccia esterna annessa. Alla destra del patio un corridoio con rampa in salita costeggia lo spazio aperto e permettere di raggiungere il volume della zona notte e dei servizi, composto da due livelli situati ad una quota maggiore rispetto alla zona giorno, per consentire a questi ultimi ambienti di avere un affaccio verso il mare. Dall’altra parte gli ambienti della zona notte mantengono comunque un secondo affaccio nello spazio verde realizzato in fondo al lotto.

“Casa ES” was designed so that every room would have a sea view, despite the fact that the plot on which the building stands is narrow and long, with the short side facing the sea. The building consists of three staggered levels, allowing the volume further back to enjoy the sea view.

Another design aspect was to ensure the privacy of the clients from the surrounding environment; since the building faces the seafront, a location that is very busy during the summer, it was designed with a central patio and an open space at the far end of the plot to allow the clients to spend time outdoors in more private areas.

The building is developed over three levels; the ground floor is occupied by a garage for half its extension and by a terraced area for the other half. The first floor can be accessed via an external ramp directly into the living area, or from the garage through a staircase that leads to the central patio. In line with the garage, there is the living area, which has double exposure both towards the seafront and the patio; the patio itself was designed with a water basin that can also be used as a pool, with an external shower attached. To the right of the patio, a corridor with an ascending ramp runs along the open space, allowing access to the volume of the sleeping area and services, consisting of two levels situated at a higher level than the living area, to allow these rooms to have a view of the sea. On the other side, the rooms in the sleeping area also maintain a second exposure towards the green space created at the back of the plot.”
